Τα ΚΑΡΑΒΙΑ ξεκίνησαν να λειτουργούν το 1979.
Το 1983 ανέλαβε την επποπτεία της επιχείρησης ο Παντελής Μπετσάνης και το 2003 συνέχισε τη λειτουργία με τον κύριο Αποστόλη Σκιαθίτη.
Ιδιαίτερο γνώρισμα του cafe είναι ότι από την πρώτη στιγμή σέρβιραν espresso σε υψηλό επίπεδο.
Τα ΚΑΡΑΒΙΑ προσφέρουν ποικιλία από καφέ και σπεσιαλιτέ όπως είναι espresso capuccino και φουλ προϊόντα.
Αξίζει να δοκιμάσετε τη σκοπελίτικη τυρόπιτα τους και τις σαλάτες τους για τις οποίες φημίζονται, ειδικά την Ceasars. Επίσης εξαιρετική είναι και η μακαρονάδα carbonara.
Τα ΚΑΡΑΒΙΑ είναι το ιδανικό μέρος για να απολαύσετε το βράδυ, το ποτό ή το κοκτέιλ σας σ’ ένα ήσυχο μέρος με καλή ροκ μουσική.

The restaurant-cafe EL GRECO was established in 2007 under the supervision of Mr. Zygoura George and Mr. Lefteris Chatzis.
A special feature of the restaurant is the Greek traditional cuisine meosogeiaki. The mondikes distinctive flavors and quality that have lead to become the first choice of every visitor.
We highly recommend to try salad Lolo-pofo (ROKA-pine nut-pistachio-parmesan-pomegranate and balsamic dressing) and must store the dish Chicken El Greco (chicken fillet, mustard sauce and honey mustard, haloumi, tomato and Arabic pita ). Also, various pasta and lots of fresh meat with 15 different unique flavors.
We must not omit to mention the impeccable service of the restaurant, the pleasant and friendly and nice atmosphere created, particularly in the evening. This proves the old regulars of the restaurant have loved the wonderful flavors.

Το εστιατόριο SCUNA λειτουργεί από το 1964.
Σερβίρουμε μεσογειακή κουζίνα, με καθαρές γεύσεις χρησιμοποιώντας πάντα κλασσικά υλικά και ντόπιο λάδι, μυρωδικά και χόρτα που απαντώνται στην ύπαιθρο της Σκιάθου.
Ψάρια ντόπια, πάντα φρεσκομαγειρεμένα.
Ο ίδιος ο κύριος Κολιάκος επιμελείται για τον σωστό εφοδιασμό του εστιατορίου με φρέσκα ψάρια καθώς και κρέατα.
Αυτά που σας προτείνουμε να δοκιμάσετε είναι το λαυράκι στην λαδόκολλα με μυρωδικά από το νησί μας το οποίο μαγειρεύεται στον φούρνο και την αστακομακαρονάδα μας η οποία παρασκευάζεται και σερβίρεται με ιδιαίτερο τρόπο.
