Το La Plaza άρχισε να λειτουργεί το 1991 υπό την εποπτεία του Δημήτρη Παπαδόπουλου.
Ξεκίνησε σαν cafe πάνω στην παραλία του Αγίου Γεωργίου και πλέον έχει εξελιχθεί σε ένα από τα πιο πολυσύχναστα beach cafe restaurant.
Οι επισκέπτες της Νάξου μπορούν να χαλαρώσουν στην παραλία του Αγίου Γεωργίου “παίρνοντας” το πρωινό τους στο La Plaza και εάν θέλουν να συνεχίσουν δοκιμάζοντας τα νόστιμα πιάτα του La Plaza το μεσημέρι.
Βέβαια, το βράδυ είναι δύσκολο να αντισταθεί κανείς στην launge ατμόσφαιρα του La Plaza απολαμβάνοντας το δείπνο του ή τα δροσερά coctails δίπλα στην θάλασσα.
