In our restaurant, we give particularly attention in the pure cretan materials, in the fresh fishes and above all in the virgin Cretan olive oil that is the base of traditional Cretan cooker. In “pelagos” we only use virgin olive oil in all stages of preparation of our dishes, for this reason we have been rewarded for several years with a lot of discriminations and maintain the signal “[Elaiogeysia]”.
