Villa Sofia comprices 12 fully equipped and independent maisonettes of 50m2 each and with a capacity of 4 to 5 persons. Each with a comfortable balcony, TV and air-condition, they overlook a green orchard, the fruits of which you can enjoy throughout the year.

In the 6000m2 spread at your feet there are a playground, a mini football field and a basketball court ideal for careless hours of fun and oeaceful walks.

The complex also has a private parking, a wide common sitting room with a TV set and, a roofed veranda vines and a playground with grass. It is located in quiet, friendly and family-like surroundings just 250 m. from the most beautiful beach of Andros, Agios Petros.

Summer School Courses:

Orama Studios is a complex of apartments located in Adamas -the center of Milos. Situated at just 600 m from the center of the village and only 200 m from the most popular beaches of Adamas it offers a quiet and peaceful setting for a relaxing vacation.

In a short walking distance you will find all facilities, restaurants, cafes, shops and convenience stores. Adamas is the center of the island and from here you can visit the most interesting places within 10-15 minutes by car. The bus stop, the taxi station and the port are close by.

Papikinou beach, a long, sandy beach, very well protected from north winds, is only a 10 minute walk. But don’t forget! Besides the beaches close to the port, Milos has to offer a multitude of beautiful beaches, all worth visiting and in short distances from Adamas.

ΝΙΚΗ διαμερίσματα παραλία Πάνορμος 70 μόλις μέτρα απο την παραλία
Τα ενοικιαζόμενα και επιπλωμένα διαμερίσματα της “ΝΙΚΗΣ” βρίσκονται στη παραλία του Πανόρμου στη Σκόπελο.
Φιλοξενούνται σε 2 κτήρια που βρίσκονται δίπλα δίπλα και ανάμεσα σε εξωτερικούς χώρους όμορφους και άνετους.

Η περιοχή αυτή βρίσκεται 12 χλμ απο το κέντρο της χώρας και δίπλα ακριβώς απο τον πανέμορφο κόλπο του Πανόρμου.
Τα διαμερίσματα έχουν θέα το πανέμορφο πράσινο και το γραφικό κόλπο και καθώς η παραλία απέχει μόλις 70 μέτρα η πρόσβαση σε αυτή γίνεται με τα πόδια.

Στη περιοχή του Πανόρμου υπάρχουν πλήθος απο εστιατόρια, mini market, φούρνος, ταβέρνες, snack bar και έτσι η πρόσβαση σας σε ότι εσείς χρειαστείτε θα είναι πάρα πολύ εύκολη..
Το καθιστικό διαθέτει ένα μεγάλο καναπέ με τραπέζι ενώ και το μπάνιο είναι μεγάλο.

Οι βεράντες είναι και αυτές άνετες και προσφέρουν απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και το πράσινο.
Η καθαριότητα στους χώρους είναι δεδομένη.

Τα διαμερίσματα διαθέτουν πάρκινγκ ώστε οι επισκέπτες μας να μπορούν να παρκάρουν άνετα και εύκολα τα αμάξια τους, τα μηχανάκια τους και τα τρείλερ τους γιατί ως γνωστό το καλοκαίρι “ο χρόνος είναι διακοπές”.
